At our roastery, we proudly source this exceptional decaffeinated coffee directly from trusted farming cooperatives in Peru. With over 285 dedicated smallholder farmers from the regions of Junín and Cajamarca, this coffee represents both tradition and innovation. Originally formed in 2005, these groups achieved their Fairtrade and Organic certification in 2017, ensuring ethical practices and sustainable farming at every step.
