At CoffeeSpirit.uk, we're passionate about delivering fresh, high-quality coffee straight to your door. We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods within the United Kingdom:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders during october 2025 as a promo. Delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class in 3-5 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: £3.49 for orders under £30. Delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class in 3-5 business days.
  • Tracked & Signed Shipping: £5.99. Delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked in 1-2 business days.
  • Express Shipping: £7.99. Next working day delivery via APC Courier (order by 12 PM for next-day service, Monday-Thursday).

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or location.

We do not currently offer in-store pickup or curbside options, as we are an online-only coffee shop.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM GMT on a business day will be processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email upon order placement and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time. If you'd like updates on future international options, please contact us.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship coffee products (beans, ground coffee, and accessories) only to residential or business addresses in the UK.
  • Due to the nature of perishable goods like fresh coffee, we recommend consuming within the best-before date printed on the packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipments to remote areas or PO Boxes if they impact delivery reliability.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If your delivery is delayed, we'll notify you as soon as possible via email and provide a revised estimated delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance unless otherwise noted.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, including filing claims if necessary.
  • Save all packaging and contents for inspection.
