Honduras La Flor – Specialty Arabica Coffee
From the lush high-altitude regions of Lempira and Copan, Honduras La Flor embodies the artistry of smallholder farmers dedicated to crafting world-class coffee. Named “La Flor” — “the flower” — this coffee captures its origin’s essence with a delicate floral aroma and a vibrant, clean cup profile.
Every bean is carefully cultivated at 1,200–1,600 masl, where cooler climates and fertile soils allow for slow maturation, producing greater sweetness and complexity. Farmers follow traditional, sustainable practices — each harvest handpicked at peak ripeness, fully washed and sun-dried for a crisp, refined finish.
